Onions
Onions are from the same family as garlic. Onions contain flavonoids and sulphurs which may help fight cancers. They also contain natual antibiotics that could help fight bronchitis, colds and flu. Onions also contain an antioxidant called quercetin. The green portions of onions contain beta-carotene and folate.
Uses of Onions
